Time passed by fast, it has been two years since Jit (Vin Choi Kei-Chun) left Hong Kong. Today is a special day, most past and present Xing colleagues all gather at Yin's canteen. Jit realizes that even though everyone has changed quite a bit, their friendship remains the same. Vincent (Geoffrey Wong Chi-Hung) brings everyone happy news, Ka Nam (Esther Kwan Wing-Ho) is pregnant.

Pun (Timothy Cheng Chi-Shing) originally planned to negotiate a collaboration with a world class enterprise, but discovered that Joe & Jim, which recently had been accquired by Dai Kam (Lo Lok Lam), is already in negotiation with the enterprise. Even though Kam blocked out all of the information regarding this collaboration, Diana (Elvina Kong Yan-Yin) still tries her best to find out more about the enterprise, if hopes to defeat Kam. Diana found out that the project controller is an asian named Tony Ko. While Diana arrives at a hotel to purchase the controller's favorite egg tarts she discovered that the controller himself is residing in that very hotel. It's revealed that the CEO, Tony Ko, is in fact Kau Chun (Tsui Wing). More good news arrive just when everyone celebrates Kau Chun's success, the enterprise's chairman plans to give away his whole business to Kau Chun. In the press conference annocing the hotel's partnership with Yin's, Chi Cheung (Lau Kong) tells Diana that before the conference ended, Kau Chun had asked him for his consent in proposing to her. Kau Chun finally met Cheung's expectations, gaining Cheung's long awaited permit. Blessed by family and friends, Diana and Kau Chun enter another phase in their lives - marriage.

Ming (Chan Hung Lit) angered two of Yin's business partners while having lunch with Chang (Lau Kong). The next day Chang told Vincent (Geoffrey Wong Chi-Hung) that those two business partners plan to sell their shares of Yin's, but refused to sell them to Ming. Vincent tells Chang that recent rumors suspect Kam (Law Lok Lam), Ming's biggest rival, has interest in purchasing large shares of Yin's. During the meeting Ming asked Vincent which projects he plans to announce at Yin's press conference, Vincent said the main focus would be the environmental friendly "Flame Wheel". Ming disaprove the idea, he wants Vincent to focus on going against Kam's projects. Vincent receives a call from well known businessman Mr. Yee, Mr.Yee expresses interest in the "Flame Wheel". Vincent regains his confidence and believes that his decision is the right one. However, shortly before the press con, Mr. Yee tells Vincent that he will sell his whole comapny to Kam. Ming calls a meeting the day after, Ming wants to reorganize the entire company. His plan is to sell Xing and the "Flame Wheel" company, Vincent is angry at Ming for making such a decision. Vincent hopes that talking with Diana (Alvina Kong Yan-Yin) and Philip (Lawrence Yan Chi-Keung) would make him better, but both failed to understand him. This makes Vincent miss Ka Nam (Esther Kwan Wing-Ho) even more. Vincent decides to send her an email. At this time, Chun (Tsui Wing) delievers something to Vincent from Ka Nam...

Anime: I was so excited when a saw Esther's name credited in the cast list down at the bottom...does this mean that we're going to see Esther in this episode? Kind of worried though because in one of the captions it said "Vincent and Ming finally settled their disagreement with Nam's help from afar". A recent magazine caught Vincent dating a long hair woman, the people of Xing all gather to discuss the identity of this mysterious woman. Vincent is angry at the magazine for reporting the untrue, Nam comforts him. Vincent suggests that they make their relationship public to avoid further rumors. Nam wants everything to be low profile, Vincent respects her decision. Lau Wah (Wong Cho Lam) uses his brilliant computer skills to analysis the identity of the mysterious woman, it was either Nam or the model. 為信收到嵐從日本寄回來的明信片,而嵐亦邀信食飯答謝他的幫忙,此時嵐看見信的桌上,放著她從日本寄給他的信,遂將信取回,怎料被國立看到,指她擅自偷取文件,表示要報警,為信回來,指信件是他給嵐的. 嵐向信表示,信件是自己在日本一時衝動下寫的,卻感到不是時候給他看,著為信不要追問,為信尊重家嵐的意願,沒有追問信件的內容.

Nam (Esther Kwan Wing-Ho) and Jit (Vin Choi Kei-Chun) talk about Kin, Nam mentioned that both she and Vincent (Geoffrey Wong Chi-Hung) were interested in a movie; unfortunately Kin wasn't interested. Hang (Elaine Jin Yan-Ling) called while Nam was on trip at Japan, telling Nam that Jit is feeling extremely ill. Nam calls Vincent for help. Vincent receives a letter sent from Nam in Japan. Nam invites Vincent out to dinner and sees the letter on Vincent's desk, Nam takes the unopened letter back. Nam was caught by her brother Lap (Samson Yeung Ying-Wai) and accused of stealing from Vincent. Vincent dismissed the issue. At dinner Nam revealed to Vincent that the letter was written when she was extremely emotional, she asked to take back the letter because she felt that it's not yet time for Vincent to read the letter. Vincent respects Nam's decision.

It turns out that the letter was written after Nam asked Vincent to take care of Jit. In the letter Nam told Vincent how grateful and touched she was for all the care Vincent provided her these past years. Nam showed the letter to Hang, hoping that Hang will talk some sense into her. Nam and Hang ended up crying together. Hang remind Nam to cherish those around her. Later Nam wanted to invite Vincent out for movies, but didn't get the chance.
